Good to hear that Ozil trained and is fit it give's us breathing space. Else bench would have looked woefully thin, Joel is still short and we are missing 5 first team players.

Most likely because Wenger somehow thinks Özil doesn't work well with wingers. I don't think it's a coincidence that the second Özil is out we go with two wingers all of a sudden.

I think it's more of the fact that an injury to Özil means he doesn't have to shoehorn in both Ramsey or Cazorla. If Özil was fit you can guarantee Ramsey would be out wide instead of Ox. Ridiculous management.

What's with all these late ankle challenges. The passing looks so uncomposed without Ozil. All over the place.

Completely agree, my personal man of the match. He plays as if a football murdered his family and he's out for revenge.

Ramsey was a lot better in the second half but he's still to naïve to play behind the striker. My line up in the next game would be (providing if everyone's fit):

Cech; Bellerin, Gabriel, Koscielny, Nacho; Coquelin, Ramsey; Ox, Özil, Alexis; Own Goal

Ramsey is our best player, but dont tell that to Arsenal fans.

Our final third was so poor today without Ozil. I hope people realize the importance of him being there.

Gabriel & Coquelin looked very good again. Ramsey offers something different to Ozil, but we really missed him today. It reminded me of a few seasons ago when we really had no ability to cut through teams.

Bellerin is growing game by game into a top top quality player. Really exciting to see, reminiscent of Cole.

Ox would be best used as an impact sub I'm starting to feel. I know he scored but he has a bit of the Theo about him, going missing in games.

Still clearly the biggest missing element is a striker. Theo was anonymous as per usual and should not be considered as a first choice forward.
