How to keep Sanchez at Arsenal

Win games with a winning mentality instead of feeling crushed before a game. That is why players like RVP andFabregas left Arsenal for bigger sides because we can't win games without feeling crushed. Change is needed to turn ourselves around and win titles or cups no matter how small.
Perhaps a new manager might make Sanchez change his mind and stay with us

Winning the remaining games in the League & FA and finish strong this season will make him to consider staying (and ofcourse 250m pounds contract)

You know, we could have solved this problem a long time ago by offering him a 200,000 a week contract before his final two years.

So that means, he was not worried about winning that time??? and suddenly now????
Then what decides to make him stay... Winning ??? or Earning???

Here is what I'm saying. You extend their contract with more money so they take the bait to stay at Arsenal. When that happens early, other clubs that want them will struggle to get them from us and will have to pay overinflated for them. Even if we do poorly, they still stay with us.

So that means no ambition for those players rather earning high wages?

Well ,it might influence someone to go to a club our club if they see the opportunity to play with a world class player. Ex: If we get a world-class striker that wants to play with one of the best playmakers in the world, we have that opportunity.
