We have struggled to have a strong defensive midfield which caused us to loose games. But this player with Xhaka could make our midfield feared and really feared.

When it comes to Xhaka, he shouldn't have a partner. He should be the sole DM in a Pirlo-esque quarterback role with two more advanced CMs further up.

Ok, Ix Techau. So I'll reveal that it is Leon Goretzka so those who don't want to go to a new link just to read it. Of course, for a 4-2-3-1 (which I sometimes dread) then having a partner would be beneficial in this formation

We need bit of experience and a leader in the middle of the park (like Viera) and Yaya Toure will fit the bill perfectly, he still have 2 more good seasons in him..
