I took back all bad words for Morinho. He is best manager in the world EVER. After all, no other manager will have balls to pull his Captain and replace him with young CB on half time, when his team is loosing.

It worked like a charm, they managed in second half to take the ball for 10 min and make lot of passes deep in own half. I call that moral win for Chelsea.

Chelsea have a ridiculous team now, fuck Arsenal for not even attempting to get Pedro. Chelsea's only weakness now is the #10 position, but I suspect Mourinho will move Fabregas into that position over the course of the season and find a better option next to Matic.

If he finds an ideal partner to Matic, it will be the most insane team since the invincibles.

However, it seems the Mourinho three-year curse is starting to gain momentum. Tactically he's still fantastic, but his biggest weakness is that he is completely incapable of creating harmony. He only functions in chaos, which is fine for short bursts...but as a long-term plan? Won't work. The approach will earn him titles in the beginning, but as the excitement and battle fog dissipates, he ruins relationships and people in all the clubs he has managed.

You're joking right? City's squad is miles better than Chelsea's.

Best goalkeeper in the world*.

Matic and Fabregas in a double pivot.

Hazard and Pedro bombarding down the flanks.

Best left-back in the league*.

Diego Costa up front.

What does Man City have? Aguero and sometimes Yaya if he bothers to turn up.

*allegedly

Messi is a typical #10 though. Operates behind the #9 position, has a free role, roams around the pitch...etc.

More on the right now though even if the front 3 are totally fluid.

David Silva is the best playmaker in football though

He's second. Silva is upper echelon, then big Mes then a massive chasm of quality between them two and most others.
