Ofcourse he chose the players... not just now, for the past 20 years he's doing it... but the players are carried away with his trust..... and I want Wenger to take his stick and bench/remove the unimproved players without any hesitation...

Perhaps he should show some ruthlessness in training because I've heard that William Gallas said that Wenger didn't really push him and that Wenger was letting him do whatever he wants. That needs to be addressed before it gets worst.
