Match Day: Liverpool vs Arsenal

Away match, we will have Ozil back after a small break. I hope it refreshes him as he would critical to unlock defenses at ANTfield. My line up would be

Giroud, Theo, Joel, Ramsey Ozil, Chambers Monreal, Kos, Per and Hector with CleanSheet between the posts.

I would love to see Kos and Gab as Center Back pairing (Would need them for Barca match) and Hector getting bit of rest (Debuchy Playing) before we get into thick of matches, but it looks like he will continue to play there and Chambers would be his back up once Debuchy leaves this winter.

We should have held the match at 3-2, fucking subs were good for nothing. Ox, Arteta were awefull. Theo was poor i hope Alexis put him on bench for rest of the season. Joel once again proved his quality once again.

Cech; Bellerin - Kos - Per - Nacho; Flam - Ramsey; Theo - Özil - Joel; Giroud

Wish Alexis was back for this match, but they are playing Adam Bogdan and have a man whose played about 4 mins in Caulker. We'll either batter them 4-0 as a result or they'll end up putting in the performance of their lives.

I'd take a close 1-0 win, with no injuries, Anfield is always tough regardless of Liverpool's starting line up.

Predicting a loss here, unfortunately. We'll get boned, Klopp will be hailed as a genius, we'll get one or two key injuries and Wenger will say we'll have to respond in the next game. Dusted.

You might be right - not feeling confident. It has the air of the Southampton game. Still I think the game will tell us a bit more about our title aspirations. No doubt though, if we do pick up a win tonight and a win against Stoke we are in an incredible position. The good thing about our 1st half form is that even if we lose both games we're still right in the hunt.

At 0.7, Olivier Giroud has scored more league non-penalty goals per 90 than Mueller, Ronaldo, Griezmann... and just below Messi (0.74).

Weird performance tbf. I'll excuse our CB's as Hollywood Ramsey left Flamini exposed for 90mins which in turn put a huge amount of pressure on our defence every time. Joel & Giroud were top notch, Özil struggled in the first half but along with Joel was the centre of everything good in we did.

Oxlade-Chamberlain showing once again he hasn't improved at all since moving here. He needs a loan or maybe even get sold. Arteta, meh, not his fault. He should be in the coaching staff, not on the pitch.

We would've lost this match last year. Liverpool were really scary in that first 20. Really happy to see the likes of Campbell, Giroud, Monreal and also Flamini stepping up.

He needs starts and a proper amount of playing time. Different players they may be, but a few months ago, Joel Campbell was in the same situation. About the only players Arsenal currently have who can and have really changed a game from the bench are Olivier Giroud, and Aaron Ramsey, and they're currently needed in the First XI.

The Ox is only 23. There's no way would Arsene Wenger sell him just yet.

Only problem with Ox is your attitude. You look at him like he's Messi and start criticizing him. Look at him like a youngster who hasn't done anything in his career yet and has been tortured by injuries and you'll feel way better. Best is ahead for him.

Only problem with Ox is that he he is the exact same player playing with the exact same maturity & low footballing IQ as he was in 2012
