Squad rules terminology refresher:

  • We can register up to 25 players who are over 21
  • We can register a maximum of 17 non-homegrown players
  • Homegrown player means 36 months spent in England before end of season in which they turn 21
  • U21 player means any player born on or after January 1st 1996
  • U21 players don't have to be registered in order to play, which means we can have as many as we want

Confirmed transfers in/out:

  • Lacazette has signed for a club record £46m initial fee
  • Sanogo left on a free transfer on June 30th
  • Kolasinac joined on a free transfer on July 1st
  • Ospina has asked to be put on the transfer list
  • Lucas Perez has asked to be put on the transfer list
  • Wojciech Szczesny has joined Juventus for £10m

Likely transfers in/out:

  • Debuchy leaving has been on the cards for some time
  • Jenkinson could go on another season-long loan or permanent move
  • Unless said in jest, Wenger did say he wants to bid on Mahrez

Reading some of the suggestions that were posted here... Looks like Arsenalreport has finally gone full retard. Bring back Cesc? Young players will look up to him? To who? The cunt who stabbed us in the back? Cretins.

I don't think Wenger will let the English group of players to leave..

What can he do? Gibbs has reportedly already decided to leave, Jenkinson was allowed to leave the team in January, Wilshere's future is in doubt, and Ox is yet to signdatting.

Unless they are downright terrible like Stephan O'Connor who did poorly on loan to MVV Maastricht. Yaya Sanogo is a different story.

JUVE TO MOVE FOR ARSENAL'S SZCZESNY

Wojchiech Szczesny could be staying in Serie A next season as Juventus consider a £14 million bid for the on-loan Arsenal goalkeeper, according to the Daily Mail .

The Poland shot-stopper has impressed greatly during a temporary switch to Roma, helping the Italians make the Champions League with a second-placed finish.

And Scudetto holders Juve see him as a fine long-term replacement for Gianluigi Buffon should Arsenal not want him at the Emirates Stadium.

Ox & Wilshere may be staying... Jenkinson will leave and Gibbs may go...

I really like Jack, but with his injury record, I'm unsure if we really wanted to keep him. Maybe a buy back option would be a suitable solution.

ARSENAL JOIN MBAPPE CHASE

Arsenal are in the race to sign Monaco star Kylian Mbappé, according to L'Equipe.

The young forwad has drawn interest from several sides, with Real Madrid and Manchester City the clubs with the strongest links to the player so far.

But with Arsene Wenger under contract again, it seems the Gunners are willing to offer up €100 million to bring the youngster to Emirates Stadium.

They need to be very convincing and offer what he wants to get the star the way we did with Pires.

If Juve keep up having an impregnable defense, Szczesny will become world's #1 keeper.

How does another team that Szczesny never played for that keep a better defense than Roma proves that Szczesny is number 1 in the world?

Definitely Szczesny has improved since he left Arsenal for Roma (on loan though), so he will be in demand this summer if Arsene willing to let him go...

All in for Mbappe? Also took this screenshot of his wiki before it gets removed. Made me piss myself.

Nice addition, even though out 87 mil pound bid was rejected...

The only way that will get through is if Mbappe becomes a jerk to them and forces his way out.

This made me snort a bit. Noone is a fine long-term replacement for Gigi.

I heard that Turan is willing to come to Arsenal for 26 million.

Only problem: Mahrez is a better option than him

His price tag has dropped down and is unlikely to stay due to lack of form so I think he is an easy choice despite the price.

Or we could promote Jon Toral to the first-team. He's not a bad player and could make a big impact here if we gave him the right chance.
